Description:
Repoly 315 is a rheology modifier, stabilizer, thickener and emulsifier. It swells fast and allows you to create gel or cream immediately
without neutralization or heat. It can emulsify all kinds of oil and disperse pigment and physical sunscreen. It is recommended to be
used in skin cream, creamy gel, as single or united emulsifier.
Properties

Needn’t pre-mix, heat or extra equipment, can be added in any step of emulsifying; thickening performance at low dosage.

Used with other emulsifier: 0.2~2.0%
Ÿ How to handle in formula –
Option 1, Blend Repoly 315 with oil phase. Add them into the water phase. Mix uniformly.
Option 2, Heat oil phase and water phase separately to 75-80℃. Add oil phase into water phase while mixing. Then add Repoly
315 into the emulsion 60℃. Homogenize moderately for 15-20 minutes.

Repoly 100 is an excellent rheology modifier, alkali-swellable anionic acrylic polymer emulsion, lightly crosslinked. It’s easy to handle
due to water-soluble and low-viscosity.

Formula Guidelines:
The minimum recommended use level of Repoly 100 polymer in surfactant-based products is 5.0% as supplied (1.5% active). The
polymer use level depends on the amount of surfactant and assumes use of salt for additional thickening. For clear formulations
containing no salt and low surfactant actives, typical polymer use levels are 8-10% as supplied (2.4-3.0% active).
In most situations, Repoly 100 polymer can be added to the free water of a formulation with gentle mixing at the start of the batching
process. At this point, the pH will be about 3, resulting in very low viscosity. Upon addition of a base, the polymer will be neutralized,
resulting in immediate increase in suspending properties and viscosity.

Repoly 180 is a crosslinked polyacylate polymer with strong moisturizing ability, acting as highefficient & low-dosage thickener and suspending agent. It can be neutralized by alkali to form clear
gel. Once its carboxyl group is neutralized, molecule chain expands extremely and viscidity comes
up, due to mutually exclusion of negative charge. It can enhance yield value and rheology of liquid
substances, thus it is easy to get insoluble ingredients(granual, oil drop) suspended at low dosage. It
is widely used in O/W lotion and cream as favorable suspending agent.
Formula Guidelines：0.2-1.0%
Cautions
Following operations are forbidden, otherwise result in loss of thickening ability:
