Some reading and online assignments will be due the first week of class.
The required booklist and online product list is attached. You can purchase books and online
products separately or as a bundle. Evolve/Elsevier offers Block 1 GCC students Print + E-book
Bundles or E-book Only Bundles at a significant savings over purchasing new books and online
products separately. Bundles should be available in the GCC bookstore the first week of
December. Call and check availability at 623-845-3545. The bookstore will be open on
orientation day December 19th. An Evolve representative will be available at orientation to
explain how to access Evolve products and features available in E-books. You may of course
choose to purchase used books and buy online products separately. I recommend the newest
edition listed for the Fundamentals and Med-Surg books. You can buy earlier editions of the
Nursing Diagnosis Handbook or Drug and Lab guides if you wish.
