Job specification Specific responsibilities: Underpin client teams, supporting the implementation of communications programmes with research; analysis; document development; and event management Supervise the administration of account logistics, including maintenance and generation of all support documents and collateral materials, specifically agendas; meeting notes; analyst and media distribution lists; briefing packs; and share price monitoring Understand clients, their sectors and stakeholders Source and analyse market intelligence of relevance to clients Support team members with new business research Attend marketing, networking and professional development events to establish own network of contacts Commit to progress and undertake training Person specification Required Skills Excellent communication skills, including forming relationships, writing and presenting Excellent research, organisational and co-ordination skills Competency using Microsoft software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Character A commitment to delivering work of the highest quality in every aspect of the role Ability to multi-task and prioritise work streams; calm under pressure Keen attention to detail Hardworking and resourceful Inquisitive, eager to learn and progress Ability to work independently on own initiative and as a team player Desirable Previous experience of working within a professional environment Financial literacy and understanding of capital markets 2
