TERM OF CONTRACT
East Texas English Bulldogs guarantees you a pregnancy. If for some reason the Dam does not take, we
will breed one more time, when the Dam comes back in season, without a stud fee. Dam owner is
responsible for all vet fees during the breeding process i.e. boarding if required, artificial insemination,
etc. Vet fee will be collected before the Dam will be released back to her owner.
ADDITIONAL TERM
Dam owner is responsible for the stud fee, Stud fee will be $500.00. Stud fee is non-negotiable and
non-refundable, and is due before any breeding will take place. Dam owner shall provide a copy of shot
records and copy of AKC registration certificate, and certified pedigree prior to breeding.
Dam owner is responsible for the dates of breeding, East Texas English Bulldogs will not be held
responsible for any missed breeding, and Dam will need to be taken to the vet and a slide run at the
end of her first week in heat to ensure the most effective AI date. If the slide reveals that the Dam is
too far along into her cycle that we have missed the breeding window, then the guarantee of this
contract will be void, stud fee will remain non-refundable, and vet fees will still be due, and any future
breeding will be subject to another stud fee.
