Still to be confirmed whether the French-speaking Education Ministry is willing to assist in spreading the word about the event or whether others would be willing to help if necessary. - We would send an email about a week before the event requiring confirmation of participation within 3 days - Depending on the amount of registrations received, we are willing to modify the format to accommodate as many people as possible in practice. However we except that only a few students from each school would consider applying, except for international and European schools which already receive more information on the matter.
