European Studies. Each fellowship includes a

dissertation fellowship competition. Scholars
working in any discipline in the Social Sciences
or Humanities, with projects focusing on any
topic within African and/or African Diaspora

The objective of the Nuclear Nonproliferation
International Safeguards Graduate Fellowship
