Registration and lessons payments









All players enrolling in our training program need to fill up and sign the registration form.
Registration form has to be returned to the head coach on 1st week of training.
All payments are due on the 1st lesson and have to be paid by cash or check.
Cash payment need to be in a closed envelope with players name, exact amount and date.
Check should be at the order of Emirates Tennis Academy.
In case of bounced check, bank charges plus 50 AED fine will apply.
Junior group lessons will be charged monthly on 1st lesson. Paying per term is also possible.
Only in case of a “test” ETA will accept payment for a single group lesson.
Private and semi-private lessons will be charged by lesson or package of 8.
Cancellation of Lessons/ Packages






In group lessons, a no-cancellation policy will apply.
In case of cancellation by the coach there will be a make-up class or the balance carried forward.
In private or semi-private packages one cancellation will be permitted by set of 8.
A player has to inform the administrator/coach at least 24 hours in advance if he wishes to cancel otherwise
lesson will be charged in full.
A package of 8 private or semi-private lessons has to be over in 6 weeks.
If a package is not terminated within 2 months it will be considered completed with no refund.
Access to the tennis courts and bookings






Booking should be done through the administration by calling 0501635231 or by text message.
Players can book the court for a fee of 70 Dhs per hour, to be paid at least 24 hours in advance.
Players can also purchase a package of 10 hours for 650 Dhs, valid for 3 months maximum.
Only two to four players are allowed per court booked. Any additional player will be charged 15 AED extra.
A player who is late for his booking doesn’t get any additional time.
A player who wishes to cancel a booking needs to inform at least 5 hours in advance otherwise fee is due.
Outfit

Proper tennis outfit is required and only players with tennis shoes will be accepted on court.
General




Coaching will continue during public and Eid holidays unless notified by ETA.
Players have to make sure they keep the tennis courts clean and use the trash.
Respect toward other members, parents and coaches is mandatory
Language, racket abuse or any improper behavior will not be tolerated.
