D-6 Membership
All new applicants under the age of 18 must submit a COPY of their birth certificate. Membership cards are $20.00 and
are valid until December 31st of each year. New applicants may request numbers, but if those numbers are not available
a number will be assigned to you. To replace lost cards or to request a number change once a card has been issued,
please send: Name Number, Class and contact phone number along with a SASE and $20.00 to the numbers chairperson.

D-6 Required Gear and Equipment
A helmet, goggles, long sleeve shirt, riding pants, gloves and boots that are a minimum of 8 inches high are required for
racing. A chest protector is recommended. All quads must be equipped with a tether type kill switch and nerf bars.
Sign-In at all D-6 Events
Riders MUST show current AMA and a recognize District card at sign-in. Failure to do so will result in having to reapply.
Your assigned number must be on your bike and on your sign-in form. ** AMA and D6 applications are available at all D6 tracks.
** THE CYCLE USED IN THE FIRST MOTO MUST BE USED IN THE ENTIRE MEET**
