author/affiliation information and text in the sample outline following format details.
File Naming: Abstract and Full Paper submissions must use the following naming convention:
-
-
Ex: Corresponding Author—Jane Smith
- Single author: ‘SmithJ_Abstract_ICH2P-2015_.docx’; ‘SmithJ_FullPaper_ICH2P-2015_.docx’
- Two authors: ‘SmithJ and SmithE_Abstract_ICH2P-2015.docx’;
- Multiple authors: ‘SmithJ et al_Abstract_ICH2P-2015.docx’
If more than one paper is submitted with the same corresponding author, the name should be followed
by a dash and submission number, i.e. SmithJ-1_Abstract_ICH2P-2015.docx
Page Size & Margins: Letter size paper, with the margins as shown in Fig. 1
Header and footer: Set at 1cm from top and bottom
Structure of Paper: Papers should have the following structure: Title, Name(s) of author(s) and affiliation,
Abstract, Main Text, Conclusions, Acknowledgements (if appropriate), Nomenclature, References,
Appendices (if appropriate)
Page Limit: Each paper, including figures and tables, should be limited to 12 pages for General Papers and
15 pages for Keynote Papers.
Units and Equations: Use SI units only. Equations should be typed using equation editor. In the text,
equation should be referred to as Eq.(1). Align left each equation and align right equation number (copy and
paste eqn. example to maintain tab-stops for Eq. number):
𝑉Ė… = Δð‘Ĩ ⁄Δð‘Ą
(1)
Tables, Figures and Photographs: Briefly and descriptively title each table and caption each figure. Place
table title above the table and figure caption below the figure. Each table and figure should be referred to in
the text (e.g., Fig. 1, Table 1); and placed in the order referred to and as close as possible to the first
reference in the text. Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively with single Arabic numerals. *Do
not reduce figures or tables to a size that is difficult to read.
