SCHEDULE 4: PRICING
1.
DEFINITION
1.1
In this Schedule, a reference to a paragraph, unless stated otherwise, is to a paragraph of this
Schedule. Unless expressly stated otherwise below, words and expressions have the meaning given
in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
2.
INTRODUCTION
2.1
This Schedule contains the Charges for the Service.
2.2
All Charges in this Schedule are in GB Pounds and exclusive of VAT.
2.3
The Schedule should be read in conjunction with the Service Schedule and the Handbook.
2.4
All references to months in this Schedule refer to calendar months.
2.5
If the Service is ceased within the Minimum Period, the Customer will be liable to pay rental Charges
for the remainder of the Minimum Period.

The WBMC fixed Charge per End User, as set out above, will be calculated by BT, based on the
number of live End User Accesses shown on the bill back-up files as issued to WBMC by its
suppliers. This Charge will be applied to the next monthly bill. Any increases or decreases in the
number of live End User Accesses will be reflected on the following monthly bill. No refunds will be
made in relation to any End User Accesses ceased after the bill back-up files have been produced.

peak actual usage data from two months prior and apply an adjustment to the invoice. Two months
later a second adjustment will be made reflecting the actual Market 1 bandwidth consumed.
Note 3: For Real Time QoS Contracted Bandwidth the supplemental Charge will be raised in addition
to the Total Best Efforts Contracted Bandwidth Charge.
Note 4: For the period of 1 June to 31 December 2013 a special offer will be in place with WBMC
(WBC) Total Best Efforts Contracted Burst Bandwidth charged at rates that varies by time of day.
The offer terms are summarised in the table below. The adjustments to reflect the lower rates would
be applied two months in arrears.

A Minimum Period of 1 month for WBMC (WBC) or (IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth applies. Following
any Modification as set out in Schedule 2, paragraph 8.3, if such Modification is an Order to:
(a)
reduce the amount of WBMC (WBC) or (IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth outside of any
Minimum Period, the new Charge will take effect from the date of Modification;
(b)
reduce the amount of WBMC (WBC) or (IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth within any Minimum
Period, the Customer will be liable for the Charges due for the remainder of the Minimum
Period and the new Charge for the reduced amount of bandwidth will take effect from the
date of Modification;

increase the amount of WBMC (WBC) or (IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth, the new Charge will
take effect from the date of the Modification and the Minimum Period will be reset for a further
1 month.
Additional information on the management of WBMC (WBC) or (IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth can be
found in paragraph 8 of Schedule 2.
4.4
Burst Bandwidth
(a)
For bandwidth utilised up to a 5% threshold in addition to the Contracted Bandwidth Ordered
by a Customer, the Best Efforts Contracted Bandwidth Charge as set out above will apply.
(b)
For bandwidth utilised above a 5% threshold on the Contracted Bandwidth Ordered by a
Customer, the Best Efforts Contracted Bandwidth Burst Charge as set out above will apply.
(c)
If the Customer bursts above its WBMC (WBC)/(IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth plus 5%
during a calendar month it may place a Modify Order to increase its WBMC (WBC)/(IPsC)
Contracted Bandwidth in order to avoid further burst charges being raised. The WBMC
(WBC)/(IPsC) Best Efforts Contracted Bandwidth Burst Charge will be pro rated for any
burst bandwidth above the contracted level plus 5% for the period up until the effective date
of such a Modify Order.
If the Customer bursts above its WBMC (WBC)/(IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth plus 5%
during a calendar month and does not submit a Modify Order to increase its WBMC
(WBC)/(IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth, the burst bandwidth charges will be applied for the full
calendar month.
4.5
Burst Bandwidth Capability between 51% to 100%
(a)
Burst Bandwidth Capability between 51% to 100% is a rental Product. The connection and
rental Charges are as follows;

(b)
In addition to the ongoing rental Charge, as set out in this paragraph 4.5 , normal Burst
Bandwidth charges will apply as set out above.
(c)
A Minimum Period of 1 month will apply from the date the WBMC Burst Bandwidth Capability
Order is processed.
(d)
The lead time for the WBMC Burst Bandwidth Capability Order to be actioned will be 5
Working Day.
The ability to burst beyond 51% will only be available to Customers who take the Burst Bandwidth
Capability as set out in this paragraph 4.5 and paragraph 8 of Schedule 2. .

(a)
BT will not charge the Customer for the WBMC (IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth during the
Migration Period.
(b)
During the Stabilisation Period the Customer will be charged for the 5-15% at the Burst
Charges initially, as set out in this Pricing Schedule and these Charges will then be rebated
to the Customer on the following monthly WBMC invoices.
(c)
Following the Transition Period, all relevant Charges for the WBMC (IPsC) Contracted
Bandwidth will be applied, i.e. bandwidth up to 105% of the contracted level will attract Best
Effort Contracted Bandwidth Charges; if the Customer bursts above this the Customer will
pay Best Efforts Contracted Bandwidth Burst Charges as set out in this Pricing Schedule
and no rebates will be paid.
(d)
Once all of a Customer’s End Users have migrated across to WBMC over IPsC, and the onboarding process to IPsC has also completed, should the Customer wish to end the
Migration Period earlier than the maximum 2-month period allowed the Stabilisation Period
will begin at this point and the WBMC (IPsC) Contracted Bandwidth Charges will be applied.
(e)
This commercial offer will be available to the Customer until 31st April 2012, at which point it
will be reviewed by BT and BT gives no commitment that such an offer will be made
available after this date.

5.2
Each Host Link has a Minimum Period of 12 months. If the Customer ceases a Host Link within the

Termination Charges
