These procedures should prevent ad-hoc changes at the top two levels of the File Plan without adequate consideration • Communication and posting of the file plan • Where it is implemented • Procedures for tracking drafts and versions • Documenting and maintaining file naming conventions • Plans for assessment and periodic review 4
