Canine Wellness Visits
All pets regardless of age are required to be up to date on core vaccines to maintain registration
at Aviano Air Base. Below are the expected vaccines your dog or puppy will receive when
he/she visits the clinic.
Initial exams will be performed by veterinarians, recheck exams will be performed by
technicians. Sick call examinations will be performed by veterinarians. Supplemental services
are also listed.
All puppies will be given heartworm and flea prevention and offered the leptovirus vaccines
due to high prevalence of these parasites in our environment.
