FRANKLIN COUNTY JUNIOR FAIR BOARD 4-H BREEDING LIVESTOCK / PET GOAT PROJECT IDENTIFICATION FORM A 4-H member must complete this identification form for each breeding livestock project he/she plans to exhibit and show at the Franklin County Fair. The form must include every breeding animal being cared for by the 4-H member. For example: If a member is raising four breeding lambs for the breeding lamb project, they would record information for all four lambs on one form. However, if the 4-H member is also taking a breeding hog project those animals would be on a different form. All breeding animals must have some form of identification. It is the responsibility of the 4-H member’s family to have the animal properly identified with a tattoo, brand, band, ear notch, or ear tag by possession date.
