Notify all partners of any correspondence, information received from the
Education and Training Directorate in relation to administration of the Better
Linkages initiative.
Coordinate workshop attendance and reporting for the project.t

Monitor progress against project plan and project milestones.

Consult with all project partners in the event of a request to amend the
project or training is required.
Arrange payments of project funds to partners as per the payments agreed in
Section 4 below.
Prepare reports and acquittals from contributions provided by partners.



5. Reporting
All partners agree to make adjustments to the partnership (including re-writing this agreement)
should either a review or an audit indicate that this is necessary for the partnership to achieve its
objectives.
6. Caveats
6.1 This agreement does not permit the use of copyright materials (including logos) or the dissemination
of confidential information to any third party without the written permission of all partners
concerned (mentioned in this ‘Agreement’).
6.2 This agreement does not bind a partner organisation or their staff / officers to any financial or other
liability without further formal documentation.
6.3 Throughout the life of the partnership agreement such things as project management plans,
meetings and reporting schedules may be developed or re-developed, where required, in joint
consultation with all parties to this agreement.
