Indemnity: Hollyberry Hall, Dressage SA, SAEF, nor their representatives shall be held responsible for any loss, damage,
theft or injury to horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever. Passport checks will be
conducted. Make sure you have your horse’s passport and that all vaccinations are up to date. The organisers reserve
the right to cancel, combine and restrict classes. All Dressage SA and SAEF rules apply.

Classes are open to full members of DSA only. All horses must be registered. No H/C entries.
Horses scratched before closing date: Entry fee refunded less 20% admin fee.
No refund of entry fee for horses scratched after closing date.
In addition to competing in its grade, a horse/pony may compete in one grade higher than that in which it is
registered. Any points gained will be recorded in the horse’s own grade.
All horses must be vaccinated annually with a live AHS vaccine produced by Onderstepoort Biological Products
and must be administered strictly according to the Veterinary regulations. Horses inoculated between 1
February and 30 June of any one year must be re- inoculated by a registered veterinarian within 12 months
from the date of that inoculation. Horses inoculated between 1 July and 31 January In any one year must be
re-inoculated by a registered veterinarian during the same period in the following year.
All prize-winners are obliged to attend prize giving correctly dressed.
No dogs please.
