*Note: Several electives for the Eco-E focus (noted with an asterisk above) also are part of
the curriculum for the Graduate Program in Management Practice (GPMP), a UCrecognized certificate offered by the Technology Management Program (TMP website).
Eco-E students at the Bren School may take a few additional classes to earn the GPMP
certificate. The GPMP requires 16 units of coursework and the GPMP also requires that
students practice the concepts they have learned by either participating in an internship (160
hours in a management role) or the New Venture Competition. Adding the GPMP certification
to the Eco-E focus would require 8-12 additional units, depending on choice of electives.
