POC: Teri Scott Senior Technical Sourcer Leonie Industries, LLC 17383 Sunset Blvd. Suite 420-A Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 Direct: 310-573-1070 Cell: 310-486-8728 Fax: 310 573-9507 Email: teri.scott@leoniegroup.com www.linkedin.com/in/teriscott17 Sr. Counter Intelligence Analyst Molesworth, UK Clearance: TS/SCI Contingent upon contract award Description The Senior Counter Intelligence Analyst supports the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Europe (JIOCEUR) to execute agile, multi-discipline intelligence operations that are fully synchronized and integrated with Theater Component, National, and Partner Nation organizations; enables USEUCOM planning and execution and enhances senior leader decisionmaking superiority across the entire spectrum of military operations. • Conducts one or more of the following CI operations/analysis functions: o CI Operational Planner: The CI Operational Planner shall have CI/intelligence-related experience with a planning emphasis and must possess CI analytic, operational, investigative, or related training o Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Analysis: The subcontractor shall produce integrated, all-source intelligence SCRM products in support of DoD acquisitions that include examining the risk of FIE manipulation, disruption, sabotage or subversion of Information and Communication o Technology (ICT) supply chains and provide information to policy/decision makers to inform mitigation strategies • Provides oversight and direction to Junior and Mid-Level Analysts in the conduct of the following CI functions: o Operational Support Analysis: The CI analyst shall provide timely detailed operational support analysis to counterintelligence operational elements to include, but not limited to, targeting; pattern of life analysis; COMINT Nodal analysis; financial analysis; foreign intelligence capabilities, methods of operations, and intentions analysis. o Counterintelligence Analysis: The subcontractor shall produce integrated, all-source intelligence in support of US combating foreign intelligence and security services (FISS) and terrorism plans and operations, both offensive and defensive Requirements • Bachelor or Masters degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience • Must be a credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field • Must have experience working in an interagency environment • Must possess a deep knowledge of and skill in applying advanced intelligence concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, methods and techniques • Must have advanced knowledge of the Intelligence Community and/or Department of Defense missions and functions • Must have demonstrated knowledge of Analyst Notebook, Microsoft Office and other Intelligence tools
