zetcom is the maker of MuseumPlus, ArtPlus, and FoundationPlus database systems - allowing museums, galleries and businesses to
catalog and track their collections.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of new projects from specification, to development, to finished product. Ensure that
projects are kept on track and delivered in a timely manner.
• Communicate regularly on project status, questions that arise, and product usage.
• Create and review system mockups and wireframes to be used by developers.
• Handle quality assurance, logging bugs to ensure they are resolved on time by the development team.
• Conduct extensive training on system operation and how to create and run reports for clients.

DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS, TOURA — 2009-2014
Toura’s Mobile App Producer allows museums to easily curate and create content driven mobile applications for iOS, Android and mobile
web. Using a web interface clients upload images, audio, and video; select from templates to display their content; and apply creative
assets, like headers and backgrounds with the goal of offering their final app to the general public for download.
Achievements:
• Managed key client relations, including Guggenheim, The Getty, British Library, Victoria and Albert, Art Institute of Chicago, Museum
of Science Boston and Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
• Provided strategic support for clients regarding digital content, content creation, digital curation and information architecture.
• Launched 50+ apps, including those featured in iTunes (including App of the Week), with several highlighted in NY Times, Guardian,
Fox News, and others news outlets.
• Successfully launched, trained, and supported clients through two major releases of Toura’s Mobile App Producer platform. Each
included the release of a new app version and its distribution.
• Built an informative support site and knowledge base, which included 60+ tutorials and FAQs, enhanced with videos and diagrams, to

• Worked closely with other mobile providers and museum professionals on drafting an XML schema (TourML) to allow for portability
between museum tour systems, thus preserving the intellectual capital and digital assets museums had worked to produce.

Conceived, initiated, and supported ground-breaking digital projects that leveraged cutting edge technologies to present and promote art
exhibitions and programs. Functioned as core producer of online and in-house digital content. Determined strategic direction for web-based
and technology-based initiatives crucial to the museum’s growth. Teamed with museum staff to create innovative, usable content for rich
digital experiences.
Achievements:
• Pioneered the museum’s first iPod and cell phone tour which included tour stops for selected works of art while integrating narration and
music to create a rich audio experience.
• Conceptualized, designed, and created a first of it’s kind iPod Touch/iPhone handheld tour for the museum. Incorporated a feature-rich
section around the permanent collection, implemented a visitor feedback form, and performed regular updates of new content.
• Created and produced award winning podcasts and videos that functioned as cost-effective marketing tools and interactive/interpretive
components for exhibits. Videos have been viewed by hundreds of thousands on YouTube and have been featured on YouTube’s home
page.
• Invited to speak at major conferences — Tate Modern Handheld, American Association of Museums, Museums and the Web, among
others.
