The regular weekly meeting of the College Panhellenic Association was held on
WEDNESDAY February 4th, 2015 at 4:31pm

ALPHA DELTA PI motioned to forgo the reading of the past minutes, DELTA PHI EPSILON
seconded the motion, the past minutes stand approved as sent by the Vice President of
Administration.
Guest speakers:
Rachel- ANAD “A reminder that this counts for at least 5 community service hours just for
registering and showing up and it would be a fantastic sisterhood/Panhel event. We are also
having a fun little competition for which chapter has the most amount of walkers present so if
FAU’s greek life dominates you could easily win a fun prize! The Alliance is always here to offer
speaking presentations, panel discussions, any discussions that chapters on your campus need.
We also provide free resources and support groups at our office in West Palm, so feel free to

Chapter dues Invoices will be sent next week. PLEASE make sure your roster is up to
date so you are charged the correct amount. Payment due two weeks (14 days) after
invoices sent out.
Thank you to all the chapters sending members to SEPC at the end of March!
Make sure you put your organization on the attendance sign in to get credit.

Philanthropy council meeting is this Sunday at 10 a.m. (previously 11 am) We will be
reviewing philanthropy packets for events happening after spring break. Just a reminder
that the council includes each chapters delegate AND philanthropy chair. Email me with
questions.




The gentlemen of Sigma Chi will be tabling this week through Thursday for their “rent-asig” event.
Scholarship banquet is February 12th 7pm.

IFC Game of the semester: February 19th Greek night tailgate, Burrow 6pm.

Please email Elaine with your recent awards won at regional conferences/trainings, etc.
We want to have the specific name of the award. Thank you ADPi for doing this already.

what Misc. funds are, Danielle (RVP) explained why misc. funds are in place.

Chapter Announcements
 Alpha Delta Pi:
DLC was an amazing time we created new bonds with sisters and learned how to be
more of a leader in our positions.
 Spring Recruitment begins February 10th and continues the rest of the week.
 We are participating in Viking games for ATO as well as rent a sig for Sigma Chi.
 Congrats to Theta Phi on receiving new member and having a successful bid day!
Alpha Xi Delta:
 This week were participating in ATO Viking games. We're so excited. Good luck to
ADPi on their spring recruitment next week. And also good luck to theta phi with
cutie pie next week! & have a good week!



We are super excited to participate in ATO Viking games, good luck to everyone!
Good luck to those going through Rho Gamma interviews this week!
This Sunday is out DPhiE Banquet at Lakeside Terrace that we are looking forward
too!
 Theta Phi Alpha:






We had a very successful recruitment last week, welcoming in a total of 10 new
members.
We have a t-shirt social tonight to bond/get to know the new members even more.
We are excited to be participating in ATO's Viking games. Good luck to the other
teams.
We are really looking forward to our annual philanthropy event starting next week,
Theta Phi Cutie Pie. We will be tabling all of next week to sell t-shirts, and tickets to
the red dress party.

We had a small sisterhood at taco Tuesday at uncles Julios last night
This weekend is our regional leadership conference in Atlanta Georgia.
Congratulations to Theta Phi Alpha on a successful spring recruitment and bid day.

 We had a Pajama themed sisterhood last night
 Good luck to everyone competing in ATO Viking games.
