Date and Time: The Cow Patty Bingo will begin at 2:00pm, during the Greenwave Food Truck Festival, on Saturday
October 10, 2015 and will end when the cow’s “business” is done or the time allotment of 2 hours has expired.
Prize: The winner of the Cow Patty Bingo will receive $1000.00 or 10% of our take, whichever is less, with the minimum
prize being $250.00
Entry Donation: With each $20.00 donation you will receive a Cow Tale candy and a receipt stub for your 3x3 square on
the “Field of Dreams.”
Rules:
1. Each Cow Patty Bingo ticket represents a three (3) foot square parcel on” The Field of Dreams” aka. Groff Arena
at the Lee County Fairgrounds. The arena will be laid out to a maximum of 36 parcels wide by 20 parcels long
for a maximum of 700 three foot square deeds. The perimeter of the field will be marked and after the cow
does her “business” we will use these markings to measure out the winning square.
2. Owner of winning ticket need not be present to win; however, owner must present original receipt stub when
prize is claimed or a valid driver’s license matching the name or information on stub.
3. The first cow patty dropped determines the winner. If there is no cow patty dropped after 2 hours the winner
will be determined at random from the sold ticket numbers.
4. If the patty drops in 2 squares, the 2 winners will divide the money, 3 squares – 3 winners, 4 squares – 4
winners.
5. No one except for the cow handler will be allowed on the field once the event starts.
6. No donations will be accepted after the start of the event.
7. For each donation ticket, the completed “stub” will be placed in a sealed, non – transparent envelope by event
organizers and secured until grid squares are determined. Ticket numbers, as well as names of holder will be
posted to the master grid, which consists of no more than 700 squares. The master grid will be available for
viewing at the Food Truck Festival prior to the event. This will be on October 10, 2015 from 11:00am – 4:00 pm
at the Lee County Fairgrounds.
8. Persons must be 18 or older to participate.
9. Winner(s) will be notified by phone and e-mail.
