This café continues the progress of our cohort and explores a newer focus on how green museums can engage their visitors and encourage them to support their improvements. Our cafés are a mix of training, knowledge sharing, access to expert information & meeting new partners. All museum staff and volunteers are welcome. Audience and Interpretation expert Kate Measures will be leading a session on communicating our sustainability messages to our visitors. Zoe Hanks, grassrootsideas will be updating us on how staff behavioural change is happening in our museums.
