ALL APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED FOR ACCEPTANCE. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY TELEPHONE
OR E-MAIL. ANY APPLICATIONS PAID FOR AND NOT ACCEPTED WILL HAVE THEIR FEE
RETURNED. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY THE KOFC FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE ARE FINAL.
VENDORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THEIR ACTIONS OR ACTIVITIES SHALL NOT BRING
DISCREDIT TO SAINT MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, OR COUNCIL
#4444. KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COUNCIL 4444 RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ENTRY TO ANY
BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT MEET THIS STANDARD.
Registration
Participants should take the opportunity to pre-pay for their table prior to the day of the show.
Setup Times will be 3:30 – 7:00 P.M. Friday 9 October. Registration and setup on Saturday 10
October 6:00 A.M. – 8:00. Tables Reserved before October 1st is $20. Tables reserved after
October 1st will be $25. St. Mary Church and School organizations Tables are Free. (Must
reserve free table before October 1st. After October 1st we cannot guarantee free tables will be
available).

Vendor spaces may be provided at no charge if the vendor will provide an Event Door Prize in an
equivalent price range.

Rules
* All Tables/Booths will be provided outside on the Covered Walkway and Electrical Power will
not be available
* The Knights of Columbus reserves the right to limit the amount or types of vendors related to
the show.
* Show is rain or shine. No refunds!
Waiver
By signing this form you agree to hold harmless the Knights of Columbus, Saint Mary Church,
our sponsors, and clubs while on the property of Saint Mary Church. At not time will the vendors
activities cause discredit to Saint Mary Church, Knights of Columbus Council 4444
