Stud Service Contract-CM Boer Goats

1) All travel and/or shipping expenses for the doe to and from CM Boer
Goats are the responsibilities of the doe owner.
2) The doe owner will reimburse CM Boer Goats for any test, cultures or
medications or other veterinary services should they arise, be requested
and/or be needed for the doe if she is left with CM Boer Goats.
3) The buck service fee is $50.00*. We require the buck service fee on
the day of the doe’s departure or the doe becomes custody of CM Boer
Goats until the money is received, if no money is received and the kids
are born at CM Boer Goats the Kids are CMBG property and may be sold or
kept and the doe will be returned with NO KIDS. The buck fee is
non-refundable.
BUCK OWNER GUARANTEES:
1) In the event the doe has been vet checked within 30 days and isn't
pregnant, CM Boer Goats agrees to provide one repeat breeding service as
listed above, at the doe’s next heat cycle or to another doe owned by the
same owner/owners listed in the agreement. The 30 days begins the day
the doe leaves the farm. If you do choose to rebreed only the daily fee
will apply as stated above. If you choose not to repeat the breeding, we
are not required to refund any of the previously paid money. It is nonrefundable. In the event of “no pregnancy”, the doe owner must furnish
CM Boer Goats no pregnancy evolved and such proof must be sent to CM Boer
Goats no later than 30 days after the doe has left CM Boer Goats or a
repeat service will not be given.
DOE OWNER GUARANTEES:
1) That doe has not, nor will not be bred to any other buck during her
heat cycle or within 60 days upon leaving CM Boer Goats.
2) The doe is disease free. If the doe is found otherwise and infects
any or all of CM Boer Goats' livestock or other client’s livestock, the
doe owner/owners listed above are responsible for giving CM Boer Goats
the cash value of the affected animals in case of a death due to disease
brought by the doe.
3) The doe owner agrees to provide to buck owner, a color photo of kids
when born or internet access to photos of kids.
