CONCESSION STAND
Football concessions will be located in the Roost this year-access to running water.
HOMECOMING
Decorations for the football field.
FLOWER SALE
Work on scheduling a date.
Leupold’s Greenhouse is willing to work with us again.
TRASH BAG SALES
This is our biggest fundraiser. Sale will start in September, end in October.
Aggie will have flyers with the information and dates available at registration.
Aggie will call Carrigans; ask if they are interested in purchasing trash bags.
AFTER PROM/PIZZA DAYS
Pizza Days: Parents will have the option to pay for the entire school year at
registration. Dates will be provided.
After Prom: Prom date not set yet. Location not decided, possibly at Benedictine’s
old gym. May create a questionnaire asking students for their preference.
SENIOR RECOGNITION
Theresa will have the Senior banners ready by the 1st Pep Rally.
TEACHER/STAFF APPRECIATION
Held in May.
Review budget closer to time.
Start working on the video; have 2-3 students in charge of the video throughout the
year.
Julie will talk to Courtney Edmonds about the video.
PARENT WEEKEND
Scheduled for Feb 1st & 2nd.
Chaun’s Catering is booked.
Photographers will be Kelli Elias & Rox’s.
Contact the Wano Brothers DJ.
Liz and Aggie will coordinate the social before and after the dinner & dance.
Mother/Son dinner and dance will be held at ACES in the old gym.
Father/Daughter-Shannon talk to Mr. Hunninghake about space.
FRIDAY NIGHT CHILI DINNER
Liz will coordinate closer to time.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Celebrate every holiday with special goodies.

This will be the first Parent Club meeting of the 2012-2013 school year.
The MH-MA House System and Plans will be presented by the head girl and head
boy.
