The Redeemed Christian Church of God
2
Dearly Beloved,
We are glad to witness the extraordinary progress of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in these last ten years. Only God could have accomplished this feat—helping us to have become operational in forty countries of the world from only four or five countries in August 2002 when we met here in Paris, France to inaugurate the mission.
The next three days would be great and memorable days. Try and focus on the Almighty so that you can take the fullness of the blessings of this glorious retreat and refreshment in the Lord’s presence.
You are all welcome.
Pastor E.A. Adeboye
General Overseer, Redeemed Christian Church of God, Worldwide
Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Lagos, Nigeria.
Dearly Beloved:
You are welcome. The Local and Regional Organizing committee have not left any stone untouched in order to ensure that the Lord’s name be glorified at this decennial event. Our expectation is that as a result of this meeting, it would become clear to all and sundry that the
Lord Jesus Christ, who was the One who brought all the blessings of Europe to this continent, is the only solution to the multifarious problems –social, economic, political etc—confronting both France as a nation but also all of the nations of Europe.
What a beautiful city and a glorious venue in the city of Paris to host this meeting. Our plea is that we should all focus on the Lord Jesus during these three days so we can have the best from the event.
A half day tour of the city of Paris has been arranged by the local organizing committee.
Please enjoy your stay.

Regional Coordinator, Europe Mainland Mission, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Dearly Beloved,
I bring you greetings and eternal Peace in the name of the Almighty God! As Ministers of the
Lord in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, I believe that you know that it is the Almighty
God Himself who named this church through a revelation He gave to the founder, the Late Rev.
J.O. Akindayomi.
This fact alone, we are sure, makes this church a rather unique establishment of the Most High
God. Also, concerning this Church, the Almighty God made a series of promises among which are:
1.
That He will meet this Church on His return
2.
That this Church will become a model to the whole world
3.
That other Churches from all over the world will come to learn and worship in this Church
As big as these divine promises are, God is more than able to fulfill what He has spoken for He is not a man that He should lie. Some of these reasons cradle the importance of such a momentous gathering of RCCG Ministers in France this year. We gather to ensure that the flames of fire that Holy Spirit has made us will never cease to burn for Him in Jesus name!
So for the next three days, we will be occupied with the matters of the King as we pray individually and together in an effectual fervent manner; as we bring ourselves under the tutelage of the Holy Spirit in Word-based teachings; as we worship the Most High God in Spirit and in Truth; as we assemble with our fellow sheep to have iron sharpen iron; and as the tripartite man we are gets nourished and filled with more anointing for more exploits.
I welcome you all to the 2012 Mainland Europe’s Minister’s Conference in the matchless name of Jesus Christ!
Bienvenue á Paris!

National Coordinator (France Mission)

The founder of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Reverend Josiah Olufemi Akindayomi, was born on July 5, 1909 at 12, Odo-Alafia Street, Ondo State, Nigeria. His wife and partner was
Pastor (Mrs.) Esther Egbedire Akindayomi. They both came to Lagos in 1941 and they got married that same year at the Cherubim and Seraphim (C & S) Church. Because of his hunger and thirst for a true living God, Reverend Akindayomi and wife left the C & S Church in 1952 and started the Ogo Oluwa Society that met weekly for prayers, worship, and Bible Study. In studying the Bible, they found out about restitution and Reverend Akindayomi, who once had three wives, was by the help of the Holy Spirit, able to handle marriage restitution by retaining only the first wife.
Reverend Akindayomi, a man of prayer, miraculously received the name ‘The Redeemed
Christian Church of God’ through a vision and the Holy Spirit enabled him to scribble the name of the Church.
The Ogo Oluwa Society, therefore, took on the banner divinely revealed to Reverend
Akindayomi who was also given the revelation that the Church would go to the ends of the world and that the Lord Jesus would meet the Church at the second coming.
Reverend Akindayomi passed on to glory on November 2, 1980.
In March 1981, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, a PhD holder in Applied Mathematics and a
Senior Lecturer at the University of Ilorin then, was divinely chosen to take over as the General
Overseer with a total of forty (40) parishes. A new chapter was opened a new era was born.
The phenomenal growth began under the leadership of Pastor E.A. Adeboye. Today, RCCG has become the fastest growing Pentecostal Church in the world with her presence in over 140 countries, one of them of course being France. With the help of God, the Church is poised to reach every family in every nation of the world.
The RCCG France Mission has now grown with the help of the Holy Spirit to 20 parishes spread across the cities of Paris, Nantes, Rouen, Strasbourg, Nancy, Marseille, Caen, Le Havre, Evreux,
Fontaine bleu and a house fellowship in Lyon. The Mission is well positioned for more growth with Spirit-Filled programs for the men, women, youth and children backed up with a vibrant choir and an unyielding attitude for effectual prayers.
The RCCG France Mission has in the past hosted our Daddy and Mummy GO, Pastor and Pastor
(Mrs.) E. A. ADEBOYE in the Year 2010, and is once again honored to be hosting the 2012 edition. The RCCG France Mission’s Spirit-filled thirst for evangelistic positioning and Church planting is yet to be filled.
To God be the glory!

France is a major industrialized nation in Western Europe. France is the third largest country in
Europe, after Russia and Ukraine, and the fourth most populous. Officially the French Republic
(République Française), the nation includes ten overseas possessions, most of them remnants of France’s former colonial empire. Paris is the nation’s capital and largest city.
Roughly hexagonal in shape, France shares boundaries with Belgium and Luxembourg to the northeast; Germany, Switzerland, and Italy to the east; and Spain and Andorra to the southwest. In the northwest, France is bounded by the English Channel. At the Strait of Dover, the narrowest part of the channel, France and England are separated by just 34 km (21 mi).
France faces three major seas: the Atlantic Ocean to the west, the North Sea to the north, and the Mediterranean Sea to the southeast.
France is a nation of varied landscapes, ranging from coastal lowlands and broad plains in the north, to hilly uplands in south central France, to lush valleys and towering, snow-capped Alps in the east. Mountainous and hilly areas lie on nearly all of France’s borders, creating a series of natural boundaries for the country. Only the nation’s northeastern border is largely unprotected. Several major rivers drain France, including the Seine, Loire, Garonne, and Rhône.
France is highly urbanized. Three-quarters of the population lives in cities, including more than ten million people in the metropolitan area of Paris, the most densely populated region in
France. The French are among the healthiest, wealthiest, and best-educated people in the world. A comprehensive social welfare system is in place, guaranteeing all citizens a minimal standard of living and health care. Most citizens speak French, the principal language. The dominant religion is Roman Catholicism.
French culture, especially French art and literature, has profoundly influenced the Western world. Paris, one of the world’s great intellectual capitals, has been at the center of Western cultural life since the Middle Ages. World-renowned French cultural figures include philosophers, writers, painters, sculptors, architects, composers, playwrights, and film directors. French literary and artistic contributions during the Renaissance and the Age of
Enlightenment deeply influenced the path of Western cultural development. During the 20th century, French writers and artists were at the center of movements such as dada, surrealism, existentialism, and the theater of the absurd. France has a long reputation for excellence in cuisine, and French fashion styles are imitated throughout the world.
The economy of France is large, diverse, and one of the most highly developed in the European
Union (EU). It is a leading manufacturing nation, producing goods such as automobiles, electrical equipment, machine tools, and chemicals. France is the EU’s most important agricultural nation—shipping cereals, wine, cheese, and other agricultural products to the rest of Europe and the world. In recent decades, service industries including banking, retail and wholesale trade, communications, health care, and tourism, have come to dominate the French economy.
