Join your classmates for a celebratory photo in front of the MIT Sloan Mission Statement.
Photos will be distributed electronically. No formal dress code.
Student-to-Alumni Transition Programming and Information

In order to provide a smooth transition, the Office of External Relations, in partnership with
program offices and CDO, is hosting an “Alumni Transition Room” where you can pick up all
information needed to become familiar with your role within the alumni community, complete
remaining items from this checklist, and find out how you can become more involved as an
alumnus/a of MIT and MIT Sloan.

We will also be conducting 15-minute exit interviews in the Alumni Transition Room that will
provide opportunities for one-on-one information sharing. We look forward to sharing with you
ways to connect with the MIT Sloan alumni community and hearing from you about your
interactions with alumni during your time as a student.

Your @mit.edu student account expires on December 15th, in order to avoid losing contacts or
possible job offer emails, provide your @sloan.mit.edu address in your ‘out of office’ message

Your application to graduate without a fee was due Friday, February 8. Between now and April
5, you will assess a $50 late fee, and after April 5 you will assess an $85 late fee.

Program Convocation and Pre-Commencement Reception Ticket Pick Up

Tickets will be distributed only to those students who have completed the end-of-year program
survey and the CDO Employment Survey. Each student will receive four tickets to Convocation
and three tickets to the Pre-Commencement Reception on June 6 at Top of the Hub in Boston.
