SEASON TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR 2015-16

The attention of all persons entering Castle Park Stadium is drawn to the Ground Regulations copies
of which are available from the Club Office and the Match Day Ticket Office.
2. Entry in to the Stadium implies that the ticket holder accepts the Ground Regulations.
3. DRFC Ltd reserves the right to refuse an individual entry in to Castle Park Stadium.
4. DRFC Ltd reserves the right to vary or suspend the terms & conditions of season tickets where
circumstances warrant or dictate that such action is necessary.
5. DRFC Ltd reserves the right to relocate season ticket holders specified seating to optimise stand
utilisation if there are unallocated seats within blocks of seats allocated to season ticket holders.
6. A specific seat assigned to a specific season ticket for the season to which the season ticket applies
shall not automatically be re-issued to the same season ticket holder for any subsequent season nor
should any right of retention or renewal of a specific seat be assumed by the holder.
7. The season ticket admits the registered holder to the matches specified with the package purchased.
8. If your season is purchased via the monthly instalment option, you will only receive your season ticket
once all instalments have been made.
9. A season ticket holder may move within the ground and view a match from an area other than that
designated on the season ticket unless doing so would be to a higher value ticketed area.
10. The season ticket booklet may be used by a third-party with the registered holder’s permission;
however, the registered holder is responsible for the conduct of the user.
11. The season ticket match day booklet or individual match tickets or vouchers may not be sold or
transferred to a third-party.
12. If the holder loses the season ticket booklet or it is destroyed or defaced beyond a useable state a
charge of £40.00 will be made for the issue of a replacement regardless of the number of matches
remaining to be used.
13. The match day ticket must be taken from the booklet in the presence of the entry Steward.
14. Whilst every effort will be made to promulgate changes to fixtures, it is the season ticket holder’s
responsibility to ascertain the arrangements for each match day fixture. Information will be
promulgated on and through the Club website, social networking sites and Castle Park switchboard.
The Club does not guarantee the accuracy of information about match day timings or changes
promulgated by any other media source.
15. Nothing in these terms & conditions shall constitute or imply any entitlement to occupy the seat
allocated in any subsequent season.
16.Failure by DRFC Ltd to enforce any of its terms & conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver
of those terms & conditions.
Concession Categories (proof of age or military or civil ID is required as appropriate):
Family Group: Two Adults + Two Juniors (up to two further Juniors each @ stand rate)
Concession Group: Two Concessions + Two Juniors (two further Juniors each @ stand rate)
Concession:




Registered disabled and/or over 60 years of age on 1 September 2015;
Serving members of HM Forces;
Serving employees of the emergency services: Fire, Police, Ambulance;
Student in Full Time Education (with proof from Educational establishment of undertaking study +
student card).
Junior:
 Under 16 years on 1 September 2015;
 Children under 5 years on 1 September 2015 may stand on the Terrace free of charge but must pay the
appropriate Junior rate if seated in either Stand;
 Babies with a nursing parent are free of charge but must be counted within the stadium ground safety
certificate capacity restriction.
