• Collaborated in research, development, and implementation of three drugs of the
benzodiazepine class into state testing protocols.
• Collaborated in the research and development of the gene fragment Cytochrome P-450
and its pharmacogenetic effects associated with drugs of abuse.
• Performed SPE’s (Solid phase extractions) on laboratory specimens.
• Trained in the utilization of GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry), pulse
field gel electrophoresis (PFGE), gel electrophoresis, polymerase chain reaction
techniques (PCR), and spectrophotometer applications in relation to P-450’s ability for
Smart Cycler applications.

• Planned and developed proper monitoring applications for the salamander species
Plethodon cinereus in Fox State Forest located in Hillsboro, New Hampshire.
• Designed and implemented transects for proper data retrieval over a ten year period.
• Wrote and attained $3000 Gilmore Grant from New England College for research
applications.
• Documented, designed, and assisted in the production of New England College Terrestrial
Amphibian Population Monitoring Project web site.
