Judges:
Sarah-Jane Petti (Calgary, AB)
Saturday, November 29 & Sunday November 30, 2014
Sarah-Jane is in her 10th year of judging CARO and is also a CKC and World
Cynosport (formerly APDT) licensed judge. She has put a total of 19 rally titles on
her two dogs and earned the first Novice, Advanced, and Versatility titles on any
dachshund (all varieties) in Canada. Competing and training in other sports such as
earthdog, draft dog, formal obedience, agility, nosework and scent hurdle, SarahJane enjoys working with all competitors both as a judge, CGN evaluator, as well as
a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA)
Jennifer Oldfield (Regina, SK)
Saturday November 29 & Sunday November 30, 2014
Jennifer has been training dogs for over 20 years competing and teaching many Dogsports
including obedience, agility, conformation, flyball and rally. She has titled her dogs; a Shetland
Sheepdog (RIP), an Alaskan Malamute (RIP), a German Shephard (RIP) and two Nova Scotia Duck
Tolling Retrievers, in multiple venues. Her Alaskan Malamute got her started beyond obedience
and Shreddie was #1 in her breed in AAC for all years competing and is still the #3 in her breed in
NAFA. Jennifer recently adopted a third NSDTR rescue to her home and is looking forward to the
training ahead. Jennifer has been competing in CARO rally since its introduction to Regina and
appreciates being able to provide feedback to her dog throughout the course and the team bond it
builds with her dog while training and trialing. Jennifer recently became a CARO judge for all
levels Novice through Versatility/Excellent, including teams. Jennifer is also a mother of two
young, energetic boys and works at a local vet clinic where she promotes a healthy life for all our
four legged loved ones.
