North Anderson Relay for Life Pageant
To be held Saturday April 13th, 2013 at Powdersville High School
The Pageant will begin at 10:00 AM
PAGEANT RULES:
Pageant is for girls only ages Birth - 18 years old. This is a NATURAL Pageant
You will need a PAGEANT DRESS for Beauty and THEME WEAR OUTFIT for this pageant.
Theme wear for this pageant is Purple Theme Wear.
All of the music will be provided. You do not need your own music. There will be ample changing space available
for the contestants and one chaperone each. Only the contestant and one Chaperone are allowed back stage.








Make-up : No makeup birth-4 yrs. 5-11 yrs lip gloss & light mascara, light blush, 12-18 should be
appropriate No heavy makeup allowed. Scoring penalties will occur.
COSTUME MAKE-UP MAY BE WORN DURING THE THEME WEAR EVENT
Pageant Dress Should be short for ages birth -6,and should be long for ages 7-18
Photos : Must be all NATURAL. No touch ups, no frames, follow make up rules
Photos WILL NOT be accepted after the due date. If not received IN OFFICE by due date, they will not be
judged. PLEASE MAKE SURE BABIES ARE CLOTHED. BABIES WITH NO TOPS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED..
NO FAKE HAIR,OR FAKE TEETH will be allowed!!
NO SWIMSUITS allowed
NO PRO AM or MODELING. This is not a Glitz Pageant
NO removal of clothing while on stage, no bare bellies. Judges will deduct for these

Division I - *Baby Miss 0-23mth * Tiny Miss 2-3 *Wee Miss 4 yrs
Division II- *Precious Miss 5-6yrs *Petite Miss 7-8yrs * Little Miss 9-10yrs
Division III- *Young Miss 11-12yrs *Junior Miss 13-14yrs *Teen Miss 15-18yrs
In the case that there is only 1 contestant in an age group, that contestant will be placed in another age group.
Grand Supreme Beauty Bundle $75 Early Bird $65 by 3/15
Includes: Grand Supreme Queen(1), Division Supreme Princess(3), Age Group - Beauty Princess (9),
Best Personality, Most Photogenic, Best Smile, Best Dress, and Director’s Choice.
No double crowning for Grand Supreme Queen, Division Supreme Princess, or Age Group Beauty Princess.
Other 5 categories are for fun and may double.
There will be an Overall Prize Winner in each of the following categories that will each receive a prize: Best Personality, Most
Photogenic, Best Smile, Best Dress, and Director’s Choice. (They are not crowned categories.) This is included in the Grand Supreme
Bundle Fee.
Grand Supreme Queen : (1 winner): This will be awarded to the contestant that has the overall highest
score in the entire pageant. Winner receives the Grand Supreme Queen Title, fabulous crown, sash, and
trophy
Division Supreme Princess: (3 total winners): This will be awarded to the contestant that has the overall
highest score in EACH DIVISION. Winners receive Division Supreme Princess Title, a beautiful crown, trophy,
Age Beauty Princess: (9 winners) :The contestant from each age group that has the highest overall score in
her age group will be awarded a Princess title, Crown, Trophy,
Theme Wear: This category is for the Theme wear. This is for anything with purple on it someplace. This is a
chance to shine on stage with a creative look at outfit choice. There will be a winner in each age group.
Remember, this score is added in together with the scores that determine the Supreme winners…So be
creative and show your originality! Winner will get a Trophy.
AS WE ARE RAISING MONEY FOR NORTH ANDERSON RELAY FOR LIFE, WE WILL ALSO
CROWN MISS CONGENIALITY FOR THE CONTESTANT WHO RAISES THE MOST MONEY. THIS
WILL COME FROM BOTH AD SALES AND DONATIONS.
ALL FUNDS BEING RAISED ARE DUE IN BY 04/01/2013!!
Boutique Galleries on Main St. in Easley rents and sells Pageant wear.
They have agreed to donate 10% of sales related to this Pageant back

REGISTRATION
Deadline for registration is 04/01/2013. Early Registration deadline is 03/15/2013. Early Registration
receives a $10.00 discount!! We will also offer a sibling discount of $10.00 off each additional contestant
residing in the same household.
Spectators pay $5 each for a wristband to enter the Pageant. We will also be selling T shirts at the pageant for
$15.00 each if you would like to purchase one or $12.00 in advance.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email,
then we do not have you preregistered. Please do not register if you do not plan on attending. "No Show"
contestants will not receive any refunds!!

I agree to comply with all terms, rules and regulations established by The North Anderson County Relay for Life Pageant. I understand
the directors have the right to make any necessary changes to the competition due to lack of contestant participation. I will not hold the
directors, or anyone affiliated with the Relay for Life Pageant, Relay for Life, The American Cancer Society, or the pageant venue,
responsible for theft, damages or loss to personal property, or any accidents or injury incurred traveling to, during, or leaving
competition or any future Relay for Life events.
There will be no refunds given for ANY reason other than pageant cancellation. Proper notice will be given if this should occur. In
the event you are unable to compete, any deposits or payments made will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
All judges' decisions are final. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. Any contestant, parent(s), other family members and/or
friends causing any inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave, and the contestant will be disqualified from the competition and any
awards, prizes and/or titles will be forfeited. Your entry or the entry of your child into this pageant is an agreement to these terms and
conditions.
