Macromolecules and Food- Lab Report Alternative Assignment Write a 4 page ( minimum) report about the different macromolecules ( proteins, carbohydrates, starches, and lipids). Include the following information for these molecules: 1) General structure of the molecule 2) Importance in the body- what are these molecules used for in the body/How they are stored/produced in the body. 3) Examples of foods containing these molecules 4) Tests that can be done to check for the presence of these molecules Reference using APA format- See my website. APA citation rules are posted under the syllabus on my main page. YOU DO NOT NEED TO INCLUDE AN ABSTRACT. Use a minimum of 5 different references.- They must be listed on a separate References page ( this is not included in the 4 pages, this is an additional page that is added to the back).
