Erica Oakley
I am a casual teacher of Japanese and German and have approval to teach these K - 12. I am studying
for a certificate in TESOL so I can teach ESL as well. In addition I am happy to teach a range of
subjects on a relief basis including art, English, science, and maths.
I am interested in relief teaching around Wollongong. Currently I teach a range of relief classes at
Smiths Hill High school and I was a teacher of Japanese and German there last year, and can use
technology effectively. I lived and worked in Japan for 3 years on the JET Program, and have taught
in Australian schools for two and a half years. I also have 2 years’ experience working in a Japanese
