CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations or changes must be sent in writing to the Organiser. For changes and cancellations received before
1 October 2015, no cancellation cost applies. After this date one night will be charged at agreed booking rate.
All banking expenses regarding the payment and cancelations will be charged to the guest (company-exhibitor).
Please secure your accommodation as early as possible. We cannot guarantee reservations after October 1st,
2015. After this date, reservation is possible on request in accordance with hotel availability.
