Please be advised that as the rights and title in and to the Software vest in WIS and thus
constitute a valuable asset of WIS, WIS requires that the Software shall be provided to you
under the terms below.
Academic non-commercial distribution and use of the Software in binary form (with
associated documentation) are permitted, provided that the following conditions are met:
You may use the Software solely for academic non-commercial use.
You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Software.
You acknowledge that no right is granted hereunder to any enhancement or update
of the Software.
You acknowledge that the Software may be the subject of a patent application, and
that it contains, or may contain, copyrighted material, trade secrets, trademarks and
other proprietary information owned by WIS. This license does not grant you any
rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether
registered or unregistered), domain names or any other rights, functions or licenses
in respect of the Software. Your use of the Software is permitted only to the extent
that it does not, or it is not used for infringement of any WIS intellectual property
unless WIS prior written consent has been granted.
You must retain and may not alter or remove copyright notices or this license.
You may not sub-license, assign or transfer your rights under this license to any
commercial third party. In any case, distribution must include this license.
You may not use WIS or any of its related entities’ names or the name of any of its
employees (both scientists and others) (hereinafter: “WIS Employees”) to endorse or

promote any outcome derived from the use of the Software without WIS prior
written consent.
This Software, being a research tool, has not been fully investigated and
consequently is supplied entirely at your risk. The software is provided on
an 'as is' and 'as available' basis with all faults. WIS makes no
representations and extends no warranties of any kind, either expressed or
implied. Without derogating from the foregoing, there are no express or
implied warranties that the Software will meet your requirements or that
use of the software will be error free, uninterrupted, or secure. You hereby
acknowledge that the Software may contain bugs, viruses or other errors.
WIS and WIS Employees expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including
but not limited to warranty of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose or non-infringement of third party rights. You shall be solely
responsible for any resulting damage to your computer systems or loss of
data.
WIS and WIS Employees disclaim any liability for loss or damages arising
from your use of the Software. You assume all risks, resulting from
acceptance and use of the Software, to yourself and to others. WIS or any
of WIS Employees will not be liable for any loss or claim or demands made
by you, or for any loss or claim or demands made against you by other
parties due to your use of the Software. No indemnification is provided or
intended.
This license will terminate automatically in case any of the above conditions is not
met.
This license will be governed by the law of Israel.
