The Process of the Ph.D Thesis Final Oral
Examination
1. Candidates need to complete the "Thesis Proposal Oral Examination
Committee Recommendation Letter" and " Thesis Oral Examination
Committee Recommendation Form " in three weeks before oral
proposal and sent to the Committee Recommendation.
2. Send The first draft of the paper path and oral invitation to oral
examination committee by registered.
3. In the oral examination day, before the test, come to the office to get
the oral score sheet, the audited books, the collar oral inventory
form.
4. When the oral examination done, bring back the oral score sheet to
the office, if the score is pass, and the thesis revise through by the advisor
agreement, just give the audited books to the advisor, and let the
advisor brgint the audited books sign by superintendent.
5. After the thesis modification is completed by the advisor agreement, it
need to upload the NCTU library system, and go to the office to give: (1)
the Authorize of Taiwan National Central Library and Airiti Library (2)
system audit notice by 2 papers.
6. The thesis authorize sign by the black pen and binding with the next
page of the title page. The cover page’s color is Osmanthus grass green.
7. Before apply the leave school don’t forget bring the leave school form,
student ID, Thesis(4 copies), and the form of the Online filing by paper
check.
