least 2 types of ELU identified. In case only one part of the assignment done, if the part well done
(@100% level), I gave 80% as a total grade.

Common issues: Extreme not fully considered (e.g. any professional can be called an expert (needs to be
a true world renowned expert or e.g. a continuous user (e.g. 6+ hrs a day), otherwise not an extreme
lead user, only an expert user, who may be useful too, but is different from ELU), needs listed with no
conclusion or summary, how needs obtained not clear or something else not descried enough to help
me understand.
