教學目標
This course is intended for postgraduate students who need an introduction and in-depth
understanding of nanotechnology. The lectures describe the fundamental concept and
advanced technologies of nanofabrication, nanomaterials, nanoelectronics, nanocomposites,
nano-thin films and so on, using minimum mathematics to keep the content simple and easy to
understand. This is a highly interdisciplinary subject to a very diverse group of students.
