Character Descriptions for Ravenser Pilot
Lena Morales (21): A college student, aspiring writer, and first-generation Puerto
Rican American from New York. Intelligent, driven, and curious.
Lady Amelia Windham (17): The youngest daughter of Lord and Lady Mortimer.
Bright, ambitious, and mature for her age. Hopelessly in love with her brother’s best
friend.
Lord Colin Windham (23): Lord and Lady Mortimer’s only son. Smart, serious, and
gentlemanly. Engaged to Johanna Carlyle.
Lady Persephone Windham (23): Colin’s twin sister. A clever, manipulative, and selfcentered party girl.
Jack Bryson (25): Footman/chauffer at Ravenser. Smug and cold but polite in front
of the family he serves (with the exception of Persephone, to whom he defers but
does not hide his personality). Has a long and complicated history with Persephone.
Mr. Bryson (60’s): Butler at Ravenser. Very loyal to the family/estate. Takes his job
extremely seriously.
Mark Barton (22): Colin’s best and oldest friend. Rich, charming, laid-back, goodnatured, and fun.
Lord Mortimer (early 50’s): Earl of Mortimer and master of Ravenser Hall.
Seemingly good-natured and honest, though not a particularly powerful presence.
Lady Mortimer (early 50’s): Countess of Mortimer and lady of Ravenser Hall.
Cunning and imposing, though willing to put on a friendly face when it will help her
get what she wants.
Charlotte Evans (26): a maid at Ravenser. Takes her job seriously but avoids
becoming emotionally entangled with the goings-on at Ravenser.
Lucy Danvers (19): a new maid at Ravenser. More details TBD by next draft.
Mrs. Morales (early 50’s): Lena’s mother. Caring and overworked.
Brothers 1 and 2 (13 and 15): Lena’s brothers.
Johanna Carlyle (22): Colin’s fiancée. Pretty and nice, but bland.
