Executive meeting: Sunday April 15, 2012 – Woodburn Hall 120
Call to Order: 6:30 p.m.
Members Present: President Courtney Crowl, Vice President Michelle Ramus,
Secretary Logan Mumma, Treasurer Michael Wignot, Social Chair Kelsey Collisi,
Philanthropy Chair Jennifer Steele, Membership Chair Brianna Meyer, Fundraising Chair
Cody Miller, Mock Trial Nick Erickson, Apparel Chair Lindsay Whirley, Publicity Chair
Aliya Mood.
Members Absent: Webmaster Taneesha Parker, Professional Development Chair

Old Business:
- Philanthropy Chair Jennifer Steele is to turn in her committee reports on the CASA
raffle ticket fundraiser as soon as possible.
New Business:
- Social Chair-Elect Audrey Hall will be organizing the final chapter meeting and social
of the semester, which will be a cookout
- Social Chair Kelsey Collisi is to create a flyer for the final chapter and social
- Membership Chair Brianna Meyer is to send the member attendance database and
alumni network database information to President Courtney Crowl and Vice President
Michelle Ramus
- All current executives are to have their executive binders prepared for officer transitions
including: a chapter operations manual, an officer’s manual, a roster of committee
members, and any useful contact information
- Officer transitions will be held on April 28th
Chapter Meeting: Sunday April 15, 2012-- Indiana Memorial Union Dogwood
Call to Order: 7:00 p.m.

New Business:
- All member are expected to sell raffle tickets for the CASA fundraiser
- The drawing for the CASA raffle will be April 29th
- The final chapter meeting and social will be a cookout on April 29th at 3:30 p.m. in
Dunn Meadow
