Always an excellent service.
I find the people in the Surgery very helpful and friendly. I would
recommend anyone to come to this Surgery.
I have always been incredibly pleased with the service given by the Surgery in
all aspects. They have been my family’s Doctors since 1979 and I wouldn’t
change.
Wonderful Surgery.

The Surgery is the best on the planet and the universe. All the Doctors and
the staff are second to none. I thank them all.
Doctors are understanding and helpful. Reception staff try to fit you in to suit

Mitcheldean Surgery offer the utmost professional service, with respect to
doctors past and present. Great empathy is given by nursing staff,
pharmacists, and not least by the clerical staff. The Surgery staff make great
efforts to serve the community.
We feel extremely lucky with the care and attention we receive, and find the
staff, both reception and dispensary always pleased to help us.

MITCHELDEAN SURGERY
This GP Service is excellent and has been ever since I registered 26 years
ago.
I have been with this Practice many years and have always been treated very
well by doctors and staff. Would recommend this practice.
We are lucky to have an extremely good surgery. The staff are friendly and
very helpful! Our doctors see you as soon as possible and if there is an
emergency they are there to help right away. I hope our surgery can
continue to work the way it does now. Friends who have moved and so had
to use another surgery wish they were still with Mitcheldean surgery. Would
not like to have to change surgeries – ours is one of the best.

MITCHELDEAN SURGERY
Professional attitude of Doctors (especially Dr Weiss) and ability to have a
long term relationship with the doctor so they have knowledge of your
medical history and can offer well informed solutions. Able to get an
appointment in a timely manner. All staff from reception to doctors are well
organised and highly proficient.

Grandson visited recently. Had earache. Was seen and diagnosed with
infection. Medication prescribed. Receptionist fitted him in and was very
helpful and friendly, as was Dr Weiss. All staff helpful, friendly and efficient.

Excellent in an emergency situation but tend to rush you in a normal
appointment. Receptionist is excellent. Pharmacy good. Appointment
waiting times slightly better than average. Disappointed best female doctor is
leaving on Monday. Doctors could be more friendly/sympathetic/supportive
instead of making you feel rushed.

Apart from the long wait for appointments the surgery always provides a very
good service.
