Hatboro-Horsham High School Home and School Association POST PROM Volunteer/Chair Form Philadelphia Sports Club – Chalfont May 27 - 28, 2016 11:30pm - 5:00am Post Prom provides a fun & safe environment where our seniors can spend time with friends after Prom. Seniors do NOT need to attend Prom to participate in Post Prom. Post Prom activities include a casino, movies, volleyball, basketball, remote control car track, inflatable games, pool, hot tub, PlayStation and Wii games, laser tag, arcade games, cash cube, airbrush tattoos, Mr. Williams' Basketball Tournament, plenty of food and chances to win GREAT prizes. Last year, through many fundraisers and donations the Post Prom Committee offered over $10,000 in fabulous prizes as an incentive for the kids to stay safe all night. We need your help to continue this amazing event! Parents of 9th to 12th graders are valuable to helping us ensure that the tradition continues for many years to come. We are losing several senior parents this year and need everyone's help to sustain this great event. Without your help, the Post Prom is not possible. Below is a list of Post Prom Sub-Committees. Please check the Volunteer box for all committees you are interested in HELPING during the year. Volunteering for a committee does not mean you need to be present at Post Prom! Help is needed throughout the year. Also, if you are interested in chairing, co- chairing or shadowing a sub-committee, please check the appropriate box. Since we are losing several senior parents, we are in need of SHADOWS so the Post Prom can continue in 2017 and beyond. Please return this form to the Main Office or bring it to the next post prom committee meeting. This volunteer form is for those that will be able to work on a committee DURING the course of the year leading up to Post Prom. It is NOT for volunteering for the night of Post Prom. CHAIRPERSON NEEDED Volunteer Chair Shadow Registration/’Ticket Sales: Collate registration packets, organize volunteers to sell Post Prom tickets during lunch, track ticket sales and register students at Post Prom.
