SCHOOL DISTRICT OF MANATEE COUNTY FFA ALUMNI DONATION MONIES FORM FFA Alumni Chapters are critical to the success of most, if not all, FFA Chapters across the School District of Manatee County. All school policies and procedures must be followed prior to any FFA Alumni event being sponsored by the FFA Chapter. Once permission for the activity has been granted, the FFA Alumni monies are donated to the FFA Advisor at which time a receipt is to be filled out with one copy going to the donor and one copy going to the bookkeeper at the school. The donation should be made within five school days following the event.
