Research Nurse St. Peter’s University Medical Center

Recruited participants, developed research protocols and databases, and operated/troubleshoot experimental equipment at one site of multi-site trial of fetal oxygen saturation monitor. Collected and analyzed data on informed consent in research protocols, attitudes of nurses, Meconium Aspiration

Syndrome, PICA, and utilization of labor and delivery staff. Supervised student interns and resident physicians in research protocols. Maintained FDA and IRB regulatory compliance. Delivered patient and staff education regarding study objectives, enrollment, and randomization. Worked closely with medical records staff to secure frequent access to information.
