This quotation covers a fully facilitated training and consultancy services.
Osros canine training and consultancy services is a full service company, providing complete K9
(dog) training solutions to a wide range of clientele.
Along with our state of the art technical and expertise in K9, Osros canine focuses on
building a range of training techniques with special emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Our services include but are not limited to;
1. Free Kennel Inspection.
2. All kinds of K9 trainings and consultancy services.
3. Walking and exercise of the dogs on boarding Kennels is our task.
4. Grooming the dogs at boarding kennels is at no extra cost, client only to incur cost of
dipping disinfectants .
5. Recurrent monthly fee payable preferably every three months in advance
6. We endeavor to conduct the breeding from our central monitoring for our clients upon
request.
7. Free service and maintenance of Client kennels.
8. Orders for any K9 breed from either Abroad or within at no extra cost
9. 24 Hour customer Service Line on hand

considerable experience who have been involved in various sensitive and sophisticated
security assignments.

1. Installations.
Security Plus Ltd does all her installations according to the regulations. All the cablings
are done in either trunking/conduits for internal installations or conduits for external
installations. The client however avails the cable path. We ensure quality and a secure
system with safety as priority during our installations.
2. Power Supply:
In order to ensure long life and proper functionality of the system, the client is to ensure
the switches supplied are on safe power and of quality. This in turn will enable the
system give good output and full functionality.

The project implementation plan will be developed once the work has been awarded to
Security Plus and the scope of the contract agreed upon.
4. Project Timeline:
A detailed project implementation plan will be prepared showing the time required to
implement each stage of the project. The lead time required to order and deliver the
equipment to site will be a maximum of 4 weeks. Installation duration will be
communicated to the client with a proper schedule from the day of equipment arrival on
site.
5. Installation, Commissioning & User Training:
Once the system has been installed, it will be properly commissioned and handed over.
The system users and operators will be trained on the operation after which the system
will be commissioned. System commissioning tests will be carried out in conjunction with
the users, the results documented and the system handed over in accordance with the
required standards. The training shall take place not later than one week after Security
Plus Ltd completes the installation or part thereof to the level where it can be used.
6. Warranty, Spare Parts & Maintenance:
All equipment supplied will carry a 12 months warranty period. This warranty covers
equipment and workmanship but excludes all incidents of sabotage, Fire and “Force
Majeure”. During the warranty period, Security Plus Ltd shall carry out a quarterly
inspection of the system and do routine servicing and maintenance at no extra cost for
the first year.
7. Guaranteed After Sales Technical Support and Spare Parts:
For the smooth running of the project, Security Plus Ltd and its partners guarantee that
all related spare parts will be available, and all related support will be provided. Security
Plus will hold basic spares so as to provide quick and efficient service.
Security Plus Ltd have technical expertise to provide on ground support.
Any problem will first be reported to Security Plus Control Room which runs 24/7/365
(Tel: 0750 333336) or to the Technical Manager (Tel: 0750 333338). At any one time
technicians are available on standby to attend to a problem.
If the problem is major, Security Plus technical support team are in touch directly with
the equipment manufacturers and will solve the problem. In most cases, the problem
subsystem will have been identified and a decision will be made whether to replace the
subsystem and then send the faulty unit for repair.

Security Plus Ltd will offer a comprehensive service and maintenance contract. The
terms of the contract will include quarterly inspection, servicing and testing of the system
and emergency servicing to an acceptable service level. The service contract will be
presented prior to the end of the one year warranty period and will be effective from the
beginning of the 13th month from the date of the commencement of the system use or
completion of the installation whichever is earlier.
