Please note: First grade meets once a week on Saturdays. THE FIRST TWO WEEKS IN THE GYMS WILL BE
PROFESSIONAL CLINICS, provided by the National Academy of Athletics, FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION.
Subsequent weeks, the first 40 minutes is for practice, and the remaining 35 minutes is for a scrimmage with the other
team. Each team will be provided with a lesson plan so everyone will be leaning the same skills each week. There is a
clock for timing. Score is not recorded. Standings are not kept. All players will receive a participation trophy.
