JUNIOR TENNIS PROGRAM POLICIES
We appreciate your participation in our Junior Tennis Programs!
MG Tennis Programs are dedicated to each student’s play and progression in
tennis. In order to maintain a consistent high standard of quality in the
instruction and organization of these programs, we must have everyone adhere
to the following policies.
1. Registration: The parent(s) of each child attending our programs is
responsible for registering their child by paying for the program by the 1st
day of the class. A $25 Registration Fee will be charged for signing up late.
2. Attendance: Responsibility for attendance lies with the student. Students
need to arrive prepared and on time for class. No reimbursements or
credit will be issued for missed days.
3. Make-up Classes: Classes cancelled due to weather will be scheduled by the
instructor. Students will be notified of the make-up days and times.
Credits or refunds will not be given for missed rain make-ups.
4. Cancellations: If a student withdraws from a class, even before the first
class, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
5. Refunds: Management approval is necessary for all class refunds on a case
by case basis. Approved refunds will be issued by check, credit card or cash
credit put on customer’s account on the POS to be used for future
purchases, minus the $25 cancellation fee.
