Components of this Agreement
This Agreement is comprised of:
(a) Part A – these Project specific terms and conditions, the execution page and any
Annexures;
(b) Part B – the standard terms and conditions that apply to funding by the Department;
and
(c) Part C – Programme specific terms and conditions that apply to the National Landcare
Programme – Natural Heritage Trust (25th Anniversary Landcare Grants 2014-15
Funding Round).
Projects objectives and outcomes must be permitted as per the Natural Heritage Trust Act
1997(Cth) (in particular Part 3). The Natural Heritage Trust’s objective is to conserve, repair
and replenish Australia’s natural capital infrastructure.

Insurance
