Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness HUD 2012 Continuum of Care Competition Renewal Project Information Form I. The 2012 HUD Continuum of Care Competition differs in a number of significant ways from those of recent years. Most notably, CoCs are required to determine if projects meet a threshold for renewal and to rank all projects that meet such a threshold. HUD developed a list of criteria CoCs should use for project ranking and selection. For more information about the competition’s renewal ranking process, please see the HUD Notice of Funds Available (NOFA) and FY2012 CoC Application Detailed Instructions. Links for these resources are provided below. All agencies submitting a renewal application for a project as part of TPCH’s 2012 Continuum of Care Competition application are required to provide the information requested on this form to facilitate the HUD-mandated ranking and selection process. A separate form must be completed for each renewal project. This form must be completed and submitted electronically to Continuum of Services Committee Co-chair Danielle Beaudry (dbeaudry@lafrontera.org) by Dec. 11, 2012. If you have any questions about this form, please contact Steven Wind at 326-5154 (ext. 109). Thanks for your help in ensuring TPCH submits a complete and accurate application. II.
