To the Parents of Mrs. Hoeppner's Kindergarten Class,
The kindergartners will be celebrating with several parties throughout the school year. These
parties are scheduled to coincide with special holidays and activities in the classroom. In order
to help organize these celebrations, Alisa Conway (Kelsey's Mom), Kari Jossart (Frankie's Mom),
Carrie Madson (Addy's Mom) and Jessica McCarthy (Gabbie's Mom) have volunteered to be our
homeroom parents for the year!
Please know that parents are always welcome to join the class for our celebrations. However,
please make other arrangements for siblings - as we like to keep these celebrations special for
just the kindergartners! The children really love it when their parents share in the fun. 
Attached is a list of parties and activities planned for the school year. Some of the dates are
tentative - updates and reminders will be sent out closer to the actual dates. Each child is asked
to bring something special for ONE party. The children feel very special when distributing the
item brought to share during the festivities! The "Sign Up Genius” link for families to sign up

Please be sure to send the treat and any additional supplies - including plates and utensils as
needed for all 18 students - at DROP OFF the MORNING of the celebration. Please also keep in
mind that we do have a student with a severe TREE NUT/PEANUT ALLERGY - so it is important
to provide NUT-FREE treats/snacks for each event... Thank you for helping us make sweet,
magical memories for the kindergartners!
