Japanese Art and Withy Weaving
When we sat down we looked at photos of Mrs Wood in Japan,
We saw some traditional clothes, Well fitted on a man.
Next we wrote our Christian names In complicated Japanese ,
I thought my name was too simple But it was very hard “Can I have a different one please.”
Then we did some very therapeutic origami,
I thought It was quite fun but some people went barmy.
After lunch we went outside to do some withy weaving,
We learnt the story of dream catchers and how they stop bad dreaming.
Then we made our own withy objects that I thought were very pretty,
Some people made fish, hearts, and I made a little kitty.
